Hi, I’m Sheeva!
For 15 years, I thrived in the Bay Area tech scene, leading Marketing Operations and building high-performing teams. It was exhilarating. But underneath it all, I was exhausted. I kept climbing the corporate ladder, chasing achievement after achievement, yet wondered: Is this what success is supposed to feel like?
What lit me up most wasn’t the title or the metrics. It was the people: mentoring new leaders, helping my team advocate for themselves, watching confidence bloom. Those moments of growth and connection gave me purpose.
