2. Services

Coaching sessions may be offered in person, by phone, or via video conferencing. Details such as session length, frequency, and fees will be agreed upon before services begin.

3. Payment and Cancellations

• Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. Everything discussed during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless:

• You provide written permission to share specific information

• Required by law (for example, in cases of danger to yourself or others)
